The regional brand for Cascais called for a visual and verbal universe as distinct as versatile and sophisticated, just like the town itself. A new brand that would allow for integrated communication on the tourist and administrative ends. After long and profound strategy work, A EQUIPA made it possible to translate into words and pictures what Cascais is.

THE ATLANTIC COAST CHARM STARTS WITH ITS PEOPLE

We created two signatures: ‘The Charm of the Atlantic Coast’ for the tourism market that places Cascais as a destiny for its inherent worth. And ‘It all starts with the people”, geared towards residents to reflect the vision with which Cascais is run. Both signatures are two sides of the same Cascais brand. They don't compete with one another. They complement and complete each other.

COME FOR THE TRANQUILITY AND BE AMAZED BY THE INVOLVEMENT.

For both targets, the brand language is a call to action and to being involved. The tone of the communication is proprietary and one of confidence. ‘Come for the peace and quiet. Stay for the many cultural attractions’ is the motto for the tourists and invites those who are visiting to be captivated by the unexpected beauty of Cascais. ‘Start by yourself. Start by getting involved and amaze yourself’ is the motto for residents, a challenging language that emphasizes the individual.

The interfaces of a brand of this size are countless, creating a matrix of endless variables. From internal communication to outdoor advertising, from the markets to the institutional invitations, from the tourist brochures to the local buses, from golf to organic agriculture. All multiple facades of a same brand, which is now a versatile and coherent language.

Trindade

A return to the essence of Trindade.

Trindade is the oldest and most beautiful brewery in Portugal. This historical monument, which is noble, democratic and popular, is a Cultural Heritage of Lisbon and really deserved a refurbishment, a brand renewal and a new positioning that simultaneously maintained its uniqueness and that would dignify it and carried it into the future. A EQUIPA will give a taste of the new Trindade of old.
